Correct. the problem is most don't do their own DD. If everybody would do their DD and read through the information provided in the SCHEDULE 14A that should be available in a link from the email provided for the vote, this would be easily answered, as it outlines some possible scenarios for the different splits that could happen.
READ READ READ. it's very easy to do, and everybody will save themselves some frustration and gain a better understanding and confidence in decisions made.

it outlines scenarios for 1:25 1:30 1:40 & 1:50. possibility is that it can fall anywhere between the two and this will be up to Tony and the BOD.
