Two things!....:
One....she is below the poverty threshold. Therefor, she makes less than the threshold and needs to go to what ever the poorest get. Crazy...eh?...because she has an income...and is trying.
Second...with regards to this:
"They also do not understand income generated from small business owners constantly harassing you for proof of income"
I uploaded my 2016 tax forms. Some young kid told me I was eligible for a larger subsidy. I told him leave it where it was...because I earn a living off of capital gains. He didn't know what that was. A rough Month later...they took away my subsidy. This past week....I received 8 letters(four on Monday/four on friday) from the ass holes. Two said I was given a special enrollment period...and the next two told me I wasn't...but gave me an exemption number. Two different exemption numbers. This is so I do not pay a penalty..if I do not have insurance this year. Just yesterday...I received the other four of total sent. they were duplicates of Monday's mail.
THE DATE ON THE LETTER(plural) IS APRIL 10TH!
The one young girl I talked to the past Month....told me the truth. pretty obvious what she said...eh?
