Its sick.. My Sister in law was diagnosed with cancer this year... The poor are not covered a single 28 year old mother making 11k a year is told she is not poor enough to get a decent subsidy.. Ive been paying her 370 a month premium. They say she doesnt qualify for a subsidy because she is too poor but not poor enough for medicaid... They told her she needs to make $20000 a year to pay around 100 a month.. The entire system is a joke.. They also do not understand income generated from small business owners constantly harassing you for proof of income.. The smartest people in the world left us holding the bag.. And the second group of smartest people are bending us over right as we speak..
