Did a little digging through 10Qs and 10ks... So Ziv was sold in October 2014 a little over 2.1 million shares at 0.05. Nothing in there about expiration dates or maturity dates. What I did notice though is that Bignitz was given 10 million shares with a maturity of 2 years in 2016... and there was another 7.75 million to two others in the company.
