I think that when the company went public, Ziv was a good choice and helped OWC/P through some tough times. He based his decisions on what was happening with the MMJ market at the time when the decisions were made. Were they wrong at the time? Bignitz didn't think so otherwise he wouldn't have signed of on them the same way Sinai and Baruch wouldn't have signed of on the MedMar deal if they did not think it was in the best interest of the company.
There is something more that is not being made public IMO. And for that, who cares.
Like others have said or implicated, it's over. Time to move forward.
IMHO, that's what this 8k/a is stating. Public, it's done, now we move forward.
AND, it seems like this may be a sign that news will be more forthcoming instead of waiting for months to hear something.
