Same condition my wife came down with. Out of nowhere. Never had any issues with pregnancy and next thing you know we are rushed from hospital in NJ to Philadelphia (Pennsylvania Hospital) which is one of the highest rated early birth and NICU's in country. Very fortunate it was only 1 hr away from our home in NJ. They proceeded to induce labor as like you said the only cure for preeclampsia is delivery. My wife was fortunate enough to have a natural delivery so within 2 days was mobile and able to spend 12-14 hours per day in NICU.
That entire life experience brought me back to prayer and the power of God. Amazing!! Glad to hear all is well for your family as well!!!!
