This is what I have mentioned a few times, before the mailing, however; the proxy instructions do not list electronic voting.

The filing says by phone, email or US mail....correct me if I'm wrong.

I contacted Fidelity (no comments please) and they said "if the company provides us with the proxy materials in a format that will allow the use of proxyvote.com via a provided control number unique to your account, we will email you automatically to log in and vote."

Not being able to access their voting system at this time could mean it can't be done that way.

No notification from Fidelity as of this post.
