PS....as for the Preferred Shares I acquired, I am in contact with John Sherman and am awaiting his answer from the attorneys.....

The proxy for mom's certificate arrived in the mail yesterday.

....and when I tried just now, the response was:

We are sorry but online proxy voting is unavailable at this time. Please try again later.

I will revisit this again tomorrow.......
