This is from my memory but what i heard from another investor, i've been told a while back that these notes are a safety precaution in case AMBS couldn't make a deal, so that the banks would still get paid for their efforts.

Seeing what you just said implies to me that they have made a deal (before 18th of april) and the notes are not necessary. Thats why we have not seen any filings.

I'm sure we will hear more about this soon through an official PR or 8K when all is said and done.
