Curious that we haven't seen 13D filings from D&D or CHF.
They both held $500K notes that automatically converted into AMBS shares on April 18.
That's 40M shares total. So they each own at least 16% of the company. (CHF owns even more through notes and preferred shares.)
You have to file a 13D within 10 days of acquiring 5% or more of a public company.
Makes me wonder ...
