No one ever said we where perfect but its much easier to control a local and state government then a federal government in a city far away. And trust me the federal government has committed many atrocities to its citizens as well and is still on going to this day. You know what you can do if a state or city annoys you.. Vote, run for office or move.. You know what you can do if the feds annoy you.. Bitch on social media.. Disobey and pay fines or go to jail.. Lol. I would recommend familiarizing yourself with the federalists papers.. So you can come to a better understanding of the constitutiion and a better grasp of your intended freedoms...
