Yes! I was not implying that I wouldn't. Point being all my shares fall under Capital Gains now instead of income tax! My question was for those NY'rs here with experience, what is the going rate combined (state and federal) for Capital Gains. Last I checked,if it was an accurate site, it was about 32%.
