A note for clarity, for those who did not catch it:
According to the PR which mentions the 750,000,000 shares. Those shares are going to QMKR , A/S count.
From that, shares, will be allocated to ESBI. The number of shares is unknown at this time.
What this will do is to lower the number of A/S of QMKR, and make available shares of ESBI.
Bottom line is that the 750,000,000 should be ignored until we know more about the distribution. JMO of course. GLTA
