That would be the A/S and it must be kept in mind that the company will want to have the majority of the shares in hand. Also, there is no indication of what the O/S and FLOAT will be at this point.
At this point still too little information to come to any conclusions on how this will pan out in the end. Should know by mid summer IMO.
To make further suppositions at this point......is simply pointless.
