btw .. if this *size* looks familiar .. it should
it's NRs' elastic ask decoy du jour .. utilized as needed .. literally for the last month

if that date rings a bell .. it was when one of the *er* .. Welland 3 .. *set up*
the last round of volume on PTOI .. (3.29.17)
which makes me wonder about the other *Welland* entities *issues* ..
and what could be *sourced* via the public domain
would explain this last round of *volume* .. almost a month to the day

btw ... a long picked off *most* of that *er* sell ..
