Havent been thru the filing yet but did she comment on the reason for going BACK to toxic/short term financing and if she intends to pay it off prior to September?

If she had orders in hand/expected that would help make the trend towards forward guidance she provided - that should have been enough for a short term loan against those POs.

Again - I havent been thru them. Just noticed the price alert when price tanks and realized they had been filed.
