Not a bad synopsis of what's forward looking. What she got today though in the PPS action, she deserves. She took that note (she must have needed it) and is getting punished for taking another convertible note. As you said though, she may be able to pay that down before the September due date. She has done that in the past.

Conventional financing is the option, but how many of these small companies actually get that financing? I like that she's extended online, but nowhere did I see her mention advertising in her forward looking comments and that is going to be important if people actually want to find her products.

Bumps in the road to start here. We may see some dilution, and let's be honest, this could go lower, but if she follows through the way she did initially with the previous notes, she can take care of this one and we can move forward.
