Actually CW, if my number of total CEN on record shareholders was correct at 42,000......then the ratio would be just a hair over 23 shares of ESBI for every 1 share of CEN owned.
As to what that share will be worth......who knows ? That is what we will need to wait and see.
I am sure that there is a lot more involved than I am aware of.
