I will just be glad when I actually see it happen... when ink hits that page so to speak...
If the company, lets say were going to put out 200,000,000 and 100 million of those shares were going to cover the existing shareholders of CenB, then I think the overall value would decrease slightly in the short run but not in the long run if the money raised by the other 100 mill out there for people to buy became truly dedicated to forwarding the company's ambitions.
I am looking forward to seeing the shares in my account and final number of shares that will be involved in the process. They did not say more shares would be involved nor did they say more shares would not... they just said that 100 million would be used in consideration of CenB shareholders....
