Here's why I'm upset about the 10K: sloppiness. I could have spent 8 hours working on that thing and it would have looked great, been updated, and most of all had no typos. There is a typo on the very first page for goodness sakes:
The 10K is the most important SEC filed document. There is no excuse for not having a lawyer look it over. The patent section was untouched from last year. No word at all about the European patent filings, just the old US provisionals.
