Well see .10 -12 post split. that is all they need to stay on QX for 30 consecutive days. highly doubt it will pre split. As far as debt it would be in the company's best interest to have higher pps as the higher the less shares are converted. The debtors don't care where the pps is. The conditions are set in the filings
