I wouldn't jump yet. Yes a R/S is coming soon, but there should be a price runup before. ICLD wants the price up as much as anyone and as far as I can discern, the debtors are also keen on a higher PPS as they are holding shares from previous conversions. I am certain we will see .05-.10 by mid May. Reverse split shortly after.
