This makes sense as I doubt a company would be required to update this online form in real time to the day or week. I have no idea what the updating requirements are but maybe they are 90 days or maybe they aren't required to update it on this form. Fact remains that the trial does exits and the dates of registering it coincide with what OWCP said they were going to do. Their updates with the last 2 8Ks confirm that they have some results from the trial.
