I've seen many studies in the clinical trials database that were not updated to show current status. I believe this is the same safety study as the one being done by the IRB in Israel, which clearly appears to be underway.

I don't know why the company has taken this course of action, but if in fact you believed they must update the trial, they would have had to do so to say it's been delayed. The trial's being run in Israel, or so it appears from the contact information. I know I-Glow is wrong about trials in the database must be run in the U.S., another claim he made, and I believe that one day we'll open the database and find that enrollment is complete, if they bother to update it at all.
