Henry Klein is trying. He served the SEC with a Federal Tort with claims including HUB. Best of my knowledge that is still active as TD has not posted anything otherwise. And you know how he is if he can make Treaty look bad.
They (HUB) have been taken to court many times and always get out free claiming First Amendment Rights.
A boiler room based in the UK can use that as a defense. That is also why TD and Against talk so funny. Like British or Canadians.
They probably sit next to each other in that boiler room.
Once we're trading again with solid news, leases and income plus expanding we can look back at these days and laugh about it and no longer have to defend Treaty from 24 / 7 tortuous inteference. We can laugh at the fools.
