I really have a feeling the judge is onto the mountain of bullshit peddled to the SEC .
And the SEC reportedly doesn't have a clue who the biggest instigator of all this is! TD is anonymous and has gotten away with a whopper of a bullshit story.
Now TD is desperately asking shareholders to give their shares back for nothing .....-
Asking for treaty to close the shell down and start with a new one.
Telling people that have literally millions invested in this not to throw more money after " bad" money.
I think TD is off the reservation
Not only are we going to invest more money , we are going to make a business out of treaty, a successful one in which TD handlers are going to take a stiffie up the hershey highway.
