You are correct.
The SEC wants to settle with them to avoid going to trial as they have a greater chance of losing now than they did before the judge through teir Summary Judgement request out the window.
Kind of like the FAKE BK.
I know the SEC is sick of TDButtwiper / Tiny Dnacer for short contacting them 4 times a day crying they have failed closing Treaty and he is about to lose his job. His bosses already stopped paying his subscription to HUB .. Thank you / No more harrassing PM's from him crying
