I'm a long investor but fairly inexperience to the sophistication of scams on the OTC but I know that they do happen. OWCP appears to be legit but as I continue to do DD research when I come across something that doesn't make sense then I want to try to understand it otherwise I'm just going on blind faith and I prefer to have a legitimate understanding. That way I can ride through the tough times with a more solid feeling about my investment.

So of course the CEO should be paid well if he's any good and since he's only being paid $1000/month (which is far less than min wage) I was trying to find what percentage of the company he owns and all I can see is that he has no shares. Seems weird to me.

If there is something I'm missing I would appreciate being informed.
