Ok, the way I see it, our CEO has been collecting a token $1,000 a month salary since 2014. (While, for comparison, a pre revenue biotech called CARA's CEO pays himself 900K base annually).
Anyway when revenues start rolling in, our CEO will get a well deserved pay raise. He will then use his new salary to fund stock purchases at very discounted prices. All IMHO and all well deserved in my book. Of course I could be wrong. I haven't seen the latest 10k after all.
