Why would he buy on the open market when he can just have some more issued to Lisa? Also, someone stated in the past that the company does not consider us to be the real investors, only the people who give them cash for issued shares are. The company doesn't see the money we "invest" into shares...obviously the mms and flippers short and flip this into oblivion and it doesn't really effect the company as long as they have a line of financers willing to give them cash for shares. It's all making more sense why the company doesn't give to shits about the retail investors and why manipulation is so rampant.
