I have been trying to state this many times but I continue to be deleted. Dilution has occurred and very likely many of those restricted shares have already been sold into the market, and perhaps, will continue to be sold into the market despite our institutional investor. Lisa Foley anyone?

Which comes back to my original question regarding management: why doesn't Mr. Foley buy shares on the open market if they expect good things to occur in the future? Is he afraid of those sellers?

Perhaps he already has enough shares considering how many were issued to Royal Capital Group last year. Just a thought.
