thanks for making my point. dilution. and 8,078,963 @ $.06 = $485,000.00 worth of it ( dilution)
see bold. so they may have backdated the filing ( per u. and ir). but the the restrictions were only recently removed. as of march 1, they became unrestricted . which means they can be "processed". sold to market. liquidated
