Not to throw cold water on us all but we are on the other side of the fence. CDEL has a lot of power and we are just a bunch of retail guys trying to make a buck. Fortunately, our collective intelligence combined with the amount of skin we all have in this game could bring these characters down. CDEL like most of there kind are vulnerable to inquiries and challenges - they would dismiss our initial questions until we get close to the bone and then from experience they will back off before they get fined. Just my two cents.

Next week is a travel week for me but I may have some time to look into this since they are fooling with my money too. However, there seems to be a number of you that are fighters for investor fairness and you should look into this too.
