I believe the interest in the release of the 10-k is for various reasons. As for me, a new investor since February, it would be nice to see a full synopsis of 2016 and their goals for 2017. Furthermore , It is important to me to learn as much as I can about a company I have invested in which the 2016 10k will provide.
I can't speak for others but I believe the desire for any and all news is also due to the falling share price. Many people seem to be concerned and I don't feel anyones feelings or concerns should be questioned. Have a nice evening.
