They were v. concerned by the statements in the 8k. Any reasonable person should be concerned and not so biased not to factor it in. You have no idea what adjustments have to be made to financial statements. It is far more reasonable to be concerned than to blindly trust something YOU DO NOT KNOW AND HAVE NO FACTS TO BASE IT UPON. How do you already know what the revised financials will portray??????
