The PR yesterday said part of their negotiations was Marketing.
I remember talking to Business Development guy a few months back and he felt things with PRs and Marketing would charge as they were actually ready to market the product. But, still being in the final stage of a Trial... There's no point in marketing the product until it's ready for that stage.
Heck, they also already announced World-Wide interest in the product. So people are aware of it, they just need to get it finished and ready to be distributed and then start putting out marketing galore.
