I think we are fine in the US. Even States without citizen mandate laws are now putting up MMJ laws on books. South Carolina, North Carolina, West Virginia. Come on! NC, the State that gave us HB2, now has a MMJ bill in State Senate which is firmly controlled by Republicans. I read the bill the other day and they are projecting $250 Million in revenue within 4 years.

Anyway, shorters like to pull the Jeff Sessions card out when they start to lose an argument with me (seen it many times in emails on Reddit). Bottom line, whatever Session's personal feelings, he will not go against States Rights. Period.
