I don't believe that a "new deal" is needed, it reads to me like the PR is re-affirming Amarantus' binding LOI's with the creditors (the deal) and then SeD is tasking Amarantus with implementing the plan as stated in the 8k. Sometimes these PR's aren't entirely clear...or specific, so I'm hoping we are still adhering to the 8k.
