This may not be anything major- it might pertain to the holdouts like Jack Brewer etc. SeD didn't come this far to walk away. They have been working on this going back to last at last Fall or even before that- they knew what they were getting into before they signed the LOI. They can't close the deal until every single thing is worked out. You don't write a 115 page 8K just because you are interested or before you do your due diligence. The deal may change, but I am still confident it will happen.
