Something to think about over the weekend. What would UltraFlix be worth if it was spun off and IPO'd? Sure we would not have nearly as many UFLX shares as we do NTEK but those UFLX shares would be listed on the NASDAQ and priced in the dollars. UFLX would be fully reporting with audited financials and would raise the capital it badly needs via the IPO. Obviously something big is going on behind the scenes that none of us are privy to but the dilution has stopped and presently unknown investors have stepped up to the plate. Thoughts? Go NTEK!!!
