So Patrakis works for the company? Please tell me his position and when he was hired. Never mind, I don't care.
Sounds to me more like he bought some stock and heard something that he repeated. That doesn't make him accurate nor an employee of the company. And if the "3 item" thing that was SO important was verbal... that's hard to prove either way. But not a big deal to me either way. Would not have affected a stock purchase for most people in my opinion. Also does not make Kyle wrong nor a liar no matter how many times you say it and wish it to be true.

Fact is SFRX won this suit already because Volentine is no longer bashing the company. You must be angry because you had to step up and do it yourself instead of using your patsy. So I don't care—nor does anyone else care—about the next hearing or anything else related to Volentine.
