My quick take on all the exciting news today. While initially disappointed that the Judge failed to punish Rosen she may have actually done us a favor. If Sullivan/Ashcroft fails to pursue those attacking CTIX then I will be disappointed however if Sullivan/Ashcroft files against those attacking us I( think it may increase the options substantially.
Now as to the capital raise without having read all the details, on first blush I am thrilled with it. Those investors have a great deal of confidence in CTIX's future and obviously wanted to help the company. Obviously I would hope the certificates they receive are not deposited in their brokerage firms. Lets make CTIX shares as difficult to borrow as possible and at the same time as costly to the shorts as possible. I thought the discout was fair to all concerned and I am sure Leo vetted the investors before doing the deal. All in all a very exciting day for CTIX longs. Go CTIX!!!
