Maybe I'm just cranky today but that's a crock of shit, in my opinion. That's money out of the company's pocket. It isn't that distracting to hire a lawyer to defend your business from predators and to try to recoup expenses from said defense.

I hope the judge has a valid reason for this decision and I'm hoping that CTIX will continue to pursue criminal charges against Mako, SA, etc.
