It is funny hearing the term "Asset injected by SeD into AMBS" knowing fully well that AMBS will have to issue shares in exchange. How much? At least $12.5m per asset, that could potentially be at minimum $50m for the four assets. If the stock price takes off due to the re-org, it would be all worth it.
