Two additional observations.
Even though it is sad to see the Army not go forward with the trials, I have had a concern that they might object to our foreign ownership and control and not move forward any way. Just do a google search for CFIUS and China and you will see the difficulties that such ownership would put on that relationship proceeding.
I fully expected GC to announce at some point that he was taking his deferred salary in shares. But they way it is worded, he has no deferred salary as his salary is zero. Have to give him some credit for that.
