QIC is worth $78 billion and they have serious interest in $GIGL. So much so we have a LOI where QIC is covering the entire buildout cost, lease discounts, && they want $GIGL in many of their malls.

$GGP:NYSE is worth $22 bil && is already doing business with $GIGL.

Those two facts alone should tell investors that we are still extremely undervalued.
