The cool part is that revenues do not fully reflect this change. That is because the other store are becoming MORE profitable as traffic increases and costs are lowered.

This is responsible expansion. This is why stores are BEGGING for places like GIGL in their mall. They need consumer feet on the ground. Mall traffic is hard to come-by now with the rise of e-commerce.
