I don't know about Kansas but here in Hawaii there so many stuff happening. .In regard to Owcp, I'm basing on a 1mknth chart... It was 1 mnth slump too from .20 from 05 then from .2p dwn to .08 then low .10ps for 1 mnth before hitting .34 then .45 then to .94 Jan. 17 then dwn to ntraday .45 then trading .50s from .72 three times couldn't bust through .80 then Feb .21 moved to .72 then .92 then busted through to 2.191 then $3.25 then next day then down to 1.06s then up to 1.55 since then been here and couldn't take out 1.50s 3 times.. Monday is 3 days past 1 month slump like from Jan. .17 to Feb.21
.So we should rally Monday.. plus shorts covering day are over that should help, also efficacy results are in any days now, etf listing and product commercialization
