Well yes and no. Trump certainly was the dealer on the 'stoking' and possibly the collusion, though his surrogates, with the Russians.
BUT, he was 'dealt' a healthy job creation market, continued strong stock market performance and the obvious momentum of the fight against ISIS that is unfolding before our eyes. So not the worst situations as compared to what Obama inherited.
