I agree - also remember - the higher the stock price, the fewer shares that have to be issued for a certain value, so it is increasingly important in managements course of actions taken to pay particular attention to the pps and use the stock issued (for such things as mergers and/or purchases/barters) as strategically as possible.

This is why it is in everyone's interest for the price to increase...
and it must as sales and the business grows!
